We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer free returns within 14 days of receiving your order, for a full refund or an exchange for a different size.
Return eligibility
To qualify for a free return and a full refund, the returned item must meet all of the following conditions:
- It is in the same condition as received: unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unaltered.
- All original UNRULED labels, care tags and hangtags remain attached and intact.
- It is returned in its original packaging.
How to request a return or exchange
- Send an email to [email protected] within 14 days of delivery, with your order number and the reason for the return, and tell us whether you want a refund or a different size.
- We provide a prepaid return shipping label and detailed return instructions.
- Once the returned item has been received and inspected, you are notified by email. If approved, the refund is issued automatically to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, or the exchange is dispatched.
Exchanges
Size exchanges depend on stock. If the size you want has sold out by the time your return reaches us, we refund instead. One exchange per piece; a further exchange is handled as a return and a new order.
Your legal rights
The 14 days above match the right of withdrawal you have as an EU consumer under the Codice del Consumo (art. 52 and following), and nothing here limits it. Every piece is also covered by the two-year legal guarantee of conformity: if something is wrong with yours, write to [email protected] with photos and your order number and we repair, replace or refund.
