3. Purchases and product availability
All orders placed through the website are subject to product availability and acceptance by us. UNRULED reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of inaccuracies, pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity; in that case you are refunded in full. An order is an offer to buy: you receive an acknowledgement by email, and the contract is concluded when we send the dispatch confirmation.
All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you confirm. Every piece is made in Italy in small runs; colours can vary slightly between screens and production runs, and sizes are shown with garment measurements on each product page.
4. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Payment is taken when the order is placed and processed by our payment providers under their own security standards; we never store card numbers.
5. Delivery
Delivery times, free-shipping thresholds and destinations are set out in our Shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Customs duties and import taxes for destinations outside the EU are the recipient’s responsibility.
6. Returns and right of withdrawal
You may return an order within 14 days of receiving it, free of charge, as set out in our Exchanges & returns policy. This includes the right of withdrawal you have as an EU consumer under the Codice del Consumo, art. 52 and following.
7. Legal guarantee
Every piece is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under articles 128–135 of the Codice del Consumo for two years from delivery. If a piece is faulty you are entitled to repair or replacement or, where that is not possible, a price reduction or refund.
8. Intellectual property
All content available on this website (including garment designs, logos, graphics, text, images, videos and website layout) is the exclusive property of UNRULED s.r.l.s. and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, distribution or use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
9. Liability
We are liable for the goods we sell and for any breach of these terms as the law provides. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Italian law. Any dispute arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the consumer’s local court. For business-to-business transactions, the Court of Bergamo shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Consumers may also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
