Our goal is that your UNRULED garments arrive as quickly as possible and in perfect condition. Every order leaves our atelier in Milan.
Shipping rates and free shipping
- Europe — free shipping on all orders over €100.
- Rest of the world — free shipping on all orders over €200.
Below those amounts the shipping cost is calculated at checkout by destination, before you confirm the order.
Processing and delivery times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed before 13:00 CET on a working day usually leave the same day.
Estimated transit times once shipped:
- Italy — 1–3 business days
- Europe — 3–5 business days
- Rest of the world — 5–10 business days, subject to customs delays
Pre-order pieces show their expected dispatch date on the product page; an order that mixes in-stock and pre-order pieces ships together when the pre-order is ready.
Tracking
As soon as your parcel is on its way you receive an email with a tracking code to follow its journey until delivery.
Important notice for non-EU shipments
Any customs duties, import taxes or additional fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We cannot estimate them in advance.
