Shipping
Free shipping in Europe on orders over €100, and worldwide over €200. Below that, the rate is calculated at checkout.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days; before 13:00 CET on a working day they usually leave the same day. Delivery takes 1–3 business days in Italy, 3–5 in Europe and 5–10 for the rest of the world. You get a tracking code by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Outside the EU, any customs duties or import taxes are the recipient's responsibility.

Exchanges & returns
Free returns within 14 days of delivery, for a full refund or an exchange for another size.
The piece must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with every label and hangtag attached and in its original packaging. Email [email protected] with your order number and we send a prepaid return label.
Once the return is received and inspected, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, or the exchange is dispatched.
